How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders let you reserve items before they’re ready to ship. Estimated ship windows are listed on each product page, and we’ll send tracking as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout, and international orders may be subject to duties or customs fees set by the destination country.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of blind box collectibles, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, including for duplicates or personal preference.

How does your mission initiative work?

With every order through WEEPY WORLD, we help plant one tree and remove one plastic bottle from the ocean through our environmental giving partners at TheGoodApi. It’s one small way we aim to offset impact while continuing to make more thoughtful choices as we grow.
